Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Premium Property Specialist to join our expert team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of the UAE property market, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients seeking premium real estate options.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent high-end residential and commercial properties to local and international clients
• Conduct property viewings and provide tailored consultations based on client needs
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, developers, and investors
• Stay informed on market trends, premium developments, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate and close property transactions with professionalism and integrity
• Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to support sales campaigns and documentation
• Use CRM systems to manage leads, interactions, and transaction records
• Meet and exceed monthly performance targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in premium or luxury segments
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
• Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and client-focused
