Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management:
- Supervise salon staff (hairstylists, beauticians, receptionists, etc.).
- Schedule shifts and manage employee work hours.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
- Handle any personnel issues, conflicts, or complaints.
- Customer Service:
- Greet and assist clients, ensuring their needs are met and they have a pleasant experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Promote services and products to clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.
- Salon Operations:
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the salon.
- Ensure proper hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels of products and supplies and ensure timely reordering.
- Manage the booking system, making sure appointments are scheduled efficiently.
- daaily follow up , calls and following the leads,
- Meeting salon target assigned is a MUST
- Financial Management:
- Assist with budgeting, controlling expenses, and increasing profitability.
- Promote sales of services and retail products to clients.
- Achieving monthly salon target,inceasing sales of the salon.
- Marketing & Client Relations:
- Develop promotional campaigns to attract new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle client inquiries and ensure follow-ups for future bookings.
- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure all equipment is sanitized, and health and safety protocols are followed.
- Administrative Duties:
- Assist in developing and implementing salon policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some may require a degree or certification in cosmetology or business management).
- Proven experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a supervisory role in UAE
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of salon equipment, products, and services.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
