Salon & Social Media Manager

About Us:

Vikas Marwah Salon & Academy is a vibrant, customer-focused beauty salon offering top-tier hair, skin, and beauty services.
We are looking for a passionate and organized individual who can manage the day-to-day operations of the salon while building and growing our presence on social media.

Key Responsibilities:Salon Management:

• Oversee daily salon operations and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Manage staff schedules, appointments, and front desk operations
• Maintain inventory of salon supplies and place orders as needed
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety regulations
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of salon staff
• Handle client queries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar
• Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) that highlights services, team, and client transformations
• Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Monitor trends and leverage them to increase engagement and followers
• Respond to comments, DMs, and customer inquiries on social platforms
• Run promotions and collaborate with influencers

Requirements:

• Proven experience in salon management or retail/service operations
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Creative eye for beauty, trends, and branding
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service driven

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
