Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Salon Supervisor to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in salon management, staff coordination, client relations, and business development. This role also focuses on building external partnerships and driving sales growth to maintain and enhance our position as a top-tier beauty destination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, motivate, and support the salon team, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional services.
  • Manage daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, attendance, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
  • Oversee client experience, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and premium level of service.
  • Monitor service quality and implement improvements based on client feedback.
  • Lead by example, maintaining professionalism and high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer care.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and events.
  • Develop external collaborations with hotels, event planners, influencers, and corporate clients to promote salon services.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new treatments or packages.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Assist in inventory management, product ordering, and supplier relationships.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salon Supervisor, Salon Manager, or similar leadership role in a luxury spa or beauty centre.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of beauty, hair, nail, and wellness services, with an eye for quality and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to develop business partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in handling scheduling systems, reports, and client databases.
  • Immediate availability is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
