Key Responsibilities
Operations & Customer Experience
- Oversee daily salon operations ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
- Maintain salon hygiene, ambience, and compliance with brand standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Team Leadership & HR
- Manage, motivate, and develop the salon team to deliver high performance.
- Create staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure adequate staffing.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Monitor staff performance and support in achieving targets and incentives.
Sales, Marketing & Business Growth
- Drive monthly sales targets and encourage upselling of services and products.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and customer loyalty programs.
- Create engaging content for social media marketing, including short videos, reels, and before/after transformations using mobile production tools.
- Collaborate with management to strengthen the salon’s online presence and reputation.
Financial & Administrative
- Maintain accurate sales, expense, and inventory records.
- Control operational costs while ensuring service quality.
- Report monthly performance and revenue figures to management.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with UAE health & safety, hygiene, and municipality regulations.
- Implement salon policies and brand SOPs consistently.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of salon/spa management experience in the UAE (ladies’ salon preferred).
- Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi an advantage).
- Knowledge of salon software for booking, billing, and reporting.
- Proficiency in social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and mobile video content creation (reels, short promos, client stories).
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
