Female Hair Colorist & Stylist (Preferred: Lebanese / Egyptian Nationality)

• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend styles or treatments
• Perform haircuts, blowouts & Protein treatments
• Expertise in techniques like balayage, ombré, highlights, lowlights, global coloring, and root touch-ups
• Knowledge of color theory and how to match tones with skin undertones
• Experience with premium brands (e.g., Wella, Schwarzkopf)
• Ability to correct color mishaps and perform color transformations
• Familiarity with hair care routines post-coloring
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and tools
• Upsell salon products and services to clients
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service
• Collaborate with other stylists and staff to ensure smooth salon operations
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable color options.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a hair Colorist and stylist (minimum 3–5 years).
• Strong knowledge of hair coloring products, techniques, and safety standards.
• Skilled in hair cutting, styling, and treatments.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Valid UAE work permit or eligibility to work in the UAE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
