Salon supervisor

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily salon operations

Manage staff schedules, performance, and attendance

Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction

Handle client relations and resolve issues professionally

Coordinate with suppliers and manage basic reporting

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Salon Manager or Supervisor

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage a team and salon operations efficiently

Well-organized and customer-focused
