Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians and junior staff. Conduct performance evaluations and manage shift schedules.
• Work Order Management: Prioritize, assign, and track progress on all reactive and preventative maintenance (PM) work orders using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client specifications. Troubleshoot complex technical issues that technicians cannot resolve alone.
• Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement comprehensive PM schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of building assets.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols (e.g., Lockout/Tagout, PPE) and ensure all work complies with local building codes and OSHA/HSE regulations.
• Inventory & Budgeting: Monitor the inventory of spare parts and tools. Source and negotiate with vendors for materials while staying within the allocated project budgets.
• Client Relations: Act as a technical point of contact for clients, explaining repair needs, providing cost estimates, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
