Saloon Manager

Salon is looking for an experienced and professional Salon Manager who can efficiently manage daily operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in the beauty and salon industry.

• Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Manage and supervise salon staff (hair stylists, beauticians, reception)
• Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
• Handle client complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor staff performance and provide training when required
• Manage appointments, schedules, and bookings efficiently
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
• Control inventory, stock, and order salon products when needed
• Achieve monthly sales targets and increase business revenue
• Coordinate with management for promotions and marketing strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in salon/spa management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Good knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and trends
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Basic computer skills (booking systems, MS Office, etc.)
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
