S.A.M. Apprentice Instructor

Description: We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a S.A.M. Apprentice Instructor. Our tutoring center specializes in teaching Singaporean-style math to children aged 3-12. The primary duty of this role is to grade homework accurately and promptly, assist Instrctors in prepping session materials, teach students placed into the most basic level, and develop a solid understanding of the S.A.M. curriculum and approach in order to progress into Instructor. High school and college students are encouraged to apply, but all qualified candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Grade homework assignments and provide constructive feedback under supervision.
• Assist instructors in prepping session materials.
• Teach studnets placed into the most basic level.
• Develop solid understanding of the S.A.M. curriculum and approach in order to progress into Instructor.

Requirements:

• Availability from 1:30pm - 6:30pm, Mondays throught Thursdays.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to work in person, onsite at our tutoring center in Dublin.
• Passionate in teach mathematics to young children.
• Open minded-ness to learn the unique S.A.M. curriculum.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
