Sample Room Executive

Job Title: Sample Room Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the sample room for bottom and woven fabrics.
• Coordinate sample development, tracking, and timely availability for internal teams.
• Maintain proper records of fabric samples, trims, and accessories.
• Ensure accurate inventory management of samples and related materials.
• Update sample status, inventory, and movement records using computer systems.
• Coordinate with production, sourcing, and merchandising teams for sample requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all samples.

Requirements

• Qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (Textile / Fashion / relevant field preferred).
• Basic knowledge of bottom and woven fabrics.
• Prior exposure to a sample room environment is an advantage.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office (Excel preferred).
• Understanding of inventory control and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience:

• bottom and woven fabrics: 2 years (Preferred)
• Sample Room: 2 years (Preferred)
