Signal started with door-drop coffee deliveries to neighbors during the pandemic. That grew into a multi-location East Bay roaster known for small-batch coffee roasted fresh weekly in Oakland, in-house pastries baked daily, and hospitality that actually means something.

This May we open our first San Francisco café at Leavenworth & North Point in North Beach. We're building the team from the ground up — and we're looking for people who want to help define what it becomes.

Baristas — 5 positions
Starting at $18.67/hr + tips · Part-time · North Beach, SF

We craft specialty drinks made with house-made syrups and premium ingredients, alongside pastries baked fresh every day. You'll be part of a team that takes real pride in both.

What you'll do: Prepare high-quality espresso drinks and food
Deliver consistent, thoughtful guest serviceMaintain a clean, organized workspace
Handle cash and follow food safety standards
What we're looking for
Coffee or food service experience preferredStrong communication and teamworkFast without sacrificing quality
Weekend availability (Sat–Wed preferred)

Pay: $19.18 - $21.00 per hour
