Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross functional investigations and incident governance with compliance, product, and technology teams to identify root causes and facilitate discussion. Own functional owners and ensure action plans remain closed and tracked.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively identify improvement opportunities and design creative solutions. Prioritize critical issues and optimize resources.
• Oversee operational processes that impact Sanctions compliance, manage change control frameworks, and propose updates to global Sanctions compliance procedures to align process changes with policy.
• Test and tune compliance risk rules, conduct UAT testing for system enhancements, and ensure global policy alignment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in crypto related investigations, sanctions, or monitoring.
• Hands on experience with crypto tools such as Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM, and similar platforms.
• Analytical problem solver with extensive compliance function experience.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in ambiguous, unstructured environments and provide clarity and structure.
• Self starter: Take initiative, be dedicated, and be creative to achieve goals. Focus on developing tools to maximize efficiency and value.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fully dedicated to delivering value add service to business customers.
• Demonstrated ability to ask the right questions and use sound business judgment when collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
