Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh sandwiches and food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food preparation zones following food safety guidelines
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations during busy periods
• Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous; retail math skills are helpful for sales upselling tasks
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
