Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh sandwiches, salads, and other food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
• Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food preparation area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Manage cash register transactions with accuracy, including cash handling, credit card processing, and providing correct change.
• Assist with food industry tasks such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy periods while maintaining high-quality service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation or a quick service & fast food restaurant is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
