Sanitation Supervisor

We are looking for a candidate who is responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across all assigned areas. The role focuses on quality inspections, compliance with company standards, supervision of cleaning staff, and continuous improvement of cleaning processes to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.

Essential Criteria

• Experience in managing cleaning teams in industrial, commercial, or residential environments
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
• Familiarity with hygiene and sanitation regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO standards – preferred)
• Ability to conduct quality audits and inspections
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations and ensure tasks are completed as per schedule
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and sanitation policies
• Train cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, use of chemicals, and equipment
• Maintain cleaning checklists, audit reports, and quality records
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials
• Coordinate with other departments to address cleaning requirements
• Handle customer or internal complaints related to cleanliness and resolve promptly
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline

• Cleaning Quality Score: % compliance based on inspection/audit results
• Resource Utilization: Optimal use of cleaning materials and cost control
