Sanitation Team - Grave Shift, Mon. - Thurs., 8PM to 6:30AM

Join our team and play a key role in keeping our food production facility clean, safe, and running smoothly. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a team environment.

You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining offices, break rooms, restrooms, warehouse areas, and production rooms, as well as assisting with disassembly, cleaning, and sanitation of industrial food processing equipment. You will also support food safety standards throughout the facility.

Schedule

• Grave Shift, Mon. - Thurs., 8:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.
• No SHIFT ROTATIONS! We don’t force our team members to “take turns” working schedules that wreck their sleep schedules and interfere with home time.

Pay

• Starting pay $18.50/hr. + $2 grave differential = $20.50/hr.

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English

• Basic math and computer skills

• Physical ability to handle extensive walking, prolonged standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and working overhead

• Strong core, lower back, and grip strength; ability to carry 40-pound buckets in each hand and lift up to 30 pounds from floor to chest height

• Comfort with heights for tasks like cleaning outside windows and working up in the rafters
