SAP ABAP Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support SAP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA environments. The role involves working closely with functional teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and high-performance technical solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance SAP ABAP solutions including RICEF objects
• Design and implement Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms
• Work on user exits, BAdIs, ALV reports, and custom developments
• Perform integration using IDoc, RFC, and BAPI
• Support OData services and CDS views (preferred)
• Conduct debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization
• Collaborate with functional consultants during full-cycle implementations
• Provide technical documentation and post-go-live support

Experience

• Education: BS/BE in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Experience: 4–6 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
• Certification: SAP Certified Development Associate – ABAP for SAP S/4HANA
• Implementation Exposure: 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementations, including 1–2 in renowned manufacturing organizations
• Cross-Module Exposure: Preferred
