<ul><li>Should have hands on in HR- OM. Strong hands on ABAP (Info types, Tables, t codes, Function Modules, BAPIs and standard and Custom Reports specific to Org mgmt. Module).
</li></ul><ul><li>Should have Good knowledge of HR &ndash; Org Mgmt functional overview, Creation of Custom Info types, Enhancing Standard Info types and their operations.</li></ul>
