SAP Analyst

What part will you play?

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze and document functional requirements for SAP enhancements and new functionalities.
• Creation & execution of SAP Query and automation scripts (e.g., for data loads, testing, or process automation)
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for SAP configuration and development.
• Drive the functional design, configuration, and successful implementation of SAP solutions to support new processes and technologies introduced while guiding busniess stakeholders through the change
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization within the SAP landscape
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases and conduct unit , integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and accuracy of SAP soluctions.
• Document test results and manage defect resolution.
• Performing requirements analysis
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• SAP data collection, data cleansing, data standardization and conversion activities.
• Coordinating and collaborating with factory internal groups.
• Monitoring and tracking key process indicators.
• Evaluating the process risks and initiating necessary actions.
• Following Siemens Production System principles.

What you need to make real what matters.

• University degree in any relevant engineering department.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
• Confidence working with complex data and systems
• Understanding of how IT can be used to resolve problems
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Having practical skills in MS SQL, MS Power BI, VBA and advanced Excel for developments, data processing and data analytics, any other programming language would be an asset.
• Very good knowledge in Excel macros
• Competency in several SAP modules such as MM- materials management; WM-warehouse management; PP-production planning; SD- sales and distribution is a must
• Excellent understanding of the master data objects used in the following modules: MM, PP, WM, FI, SD
• Excellent analytical thinking skills
• Advanced command of English, German is an asset.
• Being a team player and motivated for innovation and digitalization.
• Effective communication and problem solving skills
