SAP Specialist (S/4Hana)

We are looking for a SAP Specialist (S/4HANA) with the following qualifications to work in the Sabancı University Information Technologies Unit . In this critical role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our university’s digital transformation journey while ensuring the sustainable success of systems post-implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from relevant university departments,
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SAP systems,
• Advanced knowledge in SAP FI, FM, CO, and AA modules, with strong knowledge of logistics modules such as MM and SD,
• Preferably actively involved in at least one S/4HANA transformation project,
• Strong business process analysis and system analysis skills, results-oriented with effective communication abilities,
• Preferably experienced in projects within universities, the public sector, or large-scale organizations,
• Proficient in English at a level sufficient to follow business processes and prepare documentation,
• Direct hands-on experience in completed S/4HANA transformation projects,
• Ability to read and interpret ABAP code at a basic level,
• Practical knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies,
• Experience working with the SAP Fiori user interface.

Job Description

• Actively participate in the successful implementation of financial (FI, CO, AA, FM) and logistics (MM, SD, etc.) modules within SAP S/4HANA transformation projects,
• Collaborate closely with relevant departments to deeply analyze needs, design innovative solutions, and implement them,
• Provide seamless and effective support following the go-live of the S/4HANA system to ensure smooth operation of business processes,
• Propose and implement process improvement and development projects aimed at increasing efficiency within SAP systems,
• Plan and deliver comprehensive training sessions for users while preparing detailed, user-friendly documentation,
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with SAP consultants and external vendors to achieve project goals.
