SAP Analytics Cloud - Workforce Planning & Implementation

Exciting Opportunity Alert! HTC Global Services is hiring SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Workforce Planning consultant for a 1-year extendable contract in Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite).

We are looking for a strategic and hands on experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Workforce Planning solution. You will be the product owner for our headcount and labor cost modeling, responsible for transforming HR requirements into a robust, automated planning architecture. This role combines high-level product roadmap ownership with deep dive technical implementation in SAC.

Core Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Implementation: Lead the full implementation lifecycle-from initial architecture and model design to data action configuration, testing, and global rollout.
  • Strategic Model Building: Architect sophisticated SAC planning models. Design dimensions, complex hierarchies, and measures that support both high-level strategic planning and granular operational headcount tracking.
  • Advanced Logic & Automation: Implement sophisticated calculation logic using SAC Data Actions and Advanced Formulas to automate salary projections, benefit loadings, and merit increases.
  • Workflow & Governance Design: Build and manage the SAC Calendar and workflow processes to orchestrate global planning cycles, ensuring clear version control and audit-ready approval paths.
  • Data Integration Strategy: Partner with IT to manage data flows between SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and SAC, ensuring a "single source of truth" for workforce analytics and cost modeling.
  • User Experience (UX): Design intuitive, high-performance input stories and executive dashboards that simplify the planning experience for non-technical business users.
Required Skills & Experience
  • SAC Workforce Planning Expert: 5+ years of experience with a primary focus on SAC Workforce Planning. You must have personally built models, data actions, and complex planning stories.
  • Product Management Mindset: Proven ability to manage a product backlog, prioritize features based on ROI, and lead cross-functional squads through agile delivery.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Workforce Planning processes, including position management, attrition modeling, and labor cost capitalization.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Advanced Formulas, Multi-Actions, and Value Driver Trees (VDT) within the SAC planning environment.
  • Change Management: Experience leading UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training sessions to drive high adoption of new planning tools.
  • Implementation Track Record: Minimum of two full-cycle, end-to-end implementations specifically focused on the SAC Workforce Planning module. This must include leading the journey from initial discovery and blueprinting through to go-live and hypercare.
  • Breadth of HR Planning Scenarios: Extensive hands-on experience configuring diverse planning models, including but not limited to:
  • Strategic Long-Term Workforce Planning (3-5 year capacity/gap analysis).
  • Operational Headcount Planning (Annual budgeting and monthly forecasting).
  • Total Cost of Workforce (TCOW) (Detailed salary, fringe benefits, and tax modeling).
  • Template Architecture & Reusability: Proven expertise in designing highly scalable and reusable templates. You should have a "toolkit" approach to building input stories, ensuring that logic and layouts can be efficiently adapted across different business units or global regions without starting from scratch.
  • Advanced Configuration Mastery: Deep experience in building "intelligent" planning forms that utilize Validation Rules, Conditional Formatting, and Data Actions to guide HR users through complex entry processes while maintaining data integrity.
  • Functional Versatility: Demonstrated ability to translate varied HR business requirements-from "bottom-up" manager-level planning to "top-down" executive financial targets-into a unified SAC architecture.
