About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) specializing in SAP Ariba and SAP Concur to join our Enterprise Applications team. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure that our SAP Cloud applications (Ariba / Concur) are configured according to best practices and meet business, regulatory, and statutory requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Gather, document, and align business requirements from stakeholders across the enterprise.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for SAP Ariba and SAP Concur solutions.
• Ensure SAP Ariba (P2P, Contracts, Network) configurations follow industry best practices, comply with enterprise standards, and meet regulatory/reporting requirements.
• Ensure SAP Concur (Travel, Expense, Invoice) configurations align with business processes, best practices, and compliance needs.
• Support configuration, integration, and testing of SAP Cloud solutions (Ariba / Concur).
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues; provide recommendations aligned with best practices and long-term business impact.
• Work independently or as part of a team on projects and act as a consultant to business managers to solve challenges and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Provide ongoing operational support to internal customers as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Ariba and Concur.
• Collaborate with key users to develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Define, gather, and validate reporting requirements across different business units.

The Experience You Bring

• 6+ years of relevant Business Systems Analyst experience with a focus on SAP Ariba and/or SAP Concur.
• Deep understanding of Ariba P2P, Contracts, and Supplier Network or Concur Travel, Expense, and Invoice modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with global teams.
• Demonstrated experience configuring, testing, and supporting SAP Ariba or Concur solutions.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in procurement and expense management processes.
• Prior experience in Travel & Expense software (such as Concur) preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with integration between SAP Ariba/Concur and other ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
• Working knowledge of reporting tools and data analytics for spend visibility and audit reporting.
• Exposure to SAP Cloud Platform or similar SaaS ecosystem.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
