SAP Ariba Functional Consultant

We are seeking a talented and detail oriented Ariba Functional Consultant to join our dynamic Product team. The
ideal candidate will play a crucial role as part of run support activities in the Ariba upstream and downstream
solutions. They will work closely with our internal stakeholders to understand the issues and analyze them and
provide solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Functional Run Support: As a Product team member, provide ongoing support for Ariba source to pay

(S2P), Ariba Sourcing and Contracts, system monitoring, troubleshooting issues, diagnosing problems,
and offering solutions.

• Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of Ariba modules to identify and resolve any issues,

ensuring the system functions properly. Understand the testing scenarios and prepare the test scripts.

• Monitoring: Perform system monitoring multiple times to ensure system is performing as expected.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of Ariba configurations in functional design

documents.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, or Information Technology or Supply Chain

Management).

• Experience as an Ariba Functional Consultant and should be knowledgeable around Integration/CIG,

Master Data, workflow, Template creation, Classic forms, Report and Administration etc.

• General knowledge of Ariba modules, including Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier

Management.

• Basic understanding of end-to-end procurement processes. Should be able to troubleshoot support

issues on topics surrounding general process, integration, workflows among others.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide solutions.
• Familiar with the Jira ticketing system is a plus.
