SAP B1 Technical & Systems Specialist

location:- Mokattam, Cairo 

Scope

• Administer SAP B1 system, databases, add-ons, and Jisr.
• Technical environment management & performance & administration (SAP B1, Jisr, MS365, MS Server, SOPHOS).
• Ensure system stability, performance, backups, restore, monitoring, remote access, and data integrity.
• Manage system users, licenses, and security (SAP, MS365, MS Server, SOPHOS).
• Zatca connectivity.
• Support on-going project and required Data imports/Exports and APIs.
• Familiar with cloud-based systems.

  Qualifications

• 3–5+ years SAP B1 experience and in managing multi-database environments (Strong SQL skills)
• Crystal Reports Skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Server and Office 365 administration
• Familiarity with IT security tools (Microsoft, Sophos)
• Cloud Systems Experience.
• Good Personality and Customer Support Experience.
