SAP Basis Consultant

As an SAP Basis Consultant at Accenture, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining technology-enabled business solutions. You will translate business needs into SAP Basis solutions and operating models, supporting transformation initiatives by developing business cases and guiding their implementation. As a subject matter expert, you will lead and collaborate with teams to ensure effective performance, contribute to key decisions, and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges. Advanced proficiency in SAP Basis is essential, with recommended expertise in SAP Basis Performance Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to deliver business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining SAP Basis-enabled business solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Basis and SAP Basis Performance Engineering, providing guidance and solutions to complex challenges.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and validate proposed solutions.
• Develop comprehensive business cases that outline the benefits, impacts, and feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation that clearly articulates business processes, technology integrations, and solution designs.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of SAP Basis solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business objectives.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
• Continuously assess and refine business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP Basis trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in solution delivery.
