As an
SAP Business Analyst
, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Your mission will be to understand business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and drive high-impact SAP projects focused on procurement, supply chain, and warehouse management processes.
You will play a key role in delivering value to customers by combining business analysis, SAP expertise, and a consultative mindset to support successful digital transformation initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Business Analysis & Functional Responsibilities

Gather, document, and manage business requirements through formal Business Requirement Specifications (BRS).

Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on solution design and delivery.

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
-
Support procurement, supply chain, and warehouse management process enhancements.
SAP Implementation Responsibilities
-
Participate in and contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
-
Configure and support SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Ariba solutions.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process integration.
-
Design and execute test scenarios to validate system functionality.
-
Support system testing cycles, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.

Deliver end-user training and support user adoption initiatives.
Stakeholder & Project Support Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.

Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.

Ensure project deliverables meet defined business requirements.

Identify risks, propose solutions, and support successful project outcomes.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong functional knowledge of
SAP Materials Management (MM)
(mandatory).

Strong functional knowledge of
SAP Ariba Solutions
(mandatory).

Hands-on experience in
SAP S/4HANA implementations
.

Deep expertise in
Procurement and Supply Chain processes
.

Experience in
Warehouse Management (WM)
processes and operations.

Proven experience in system testing and end-user training.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience producing Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and related documentation.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Proactive attitude, strong organization skills, and collaborative mindset.

Fluency in
English and Arabic
(mandatory).
