As an SAP Business Analyst , you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Your mission will be to understand business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and drive high-impact SAP projects focused on procurement, supply chain, and warehouse management processes.

You will play a key role in delivering value to customers by combining business analysis, SAP expertise, and a consultative mindset to support successful digital transformation initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Business Analysis & Functional Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage business requirements through formal Business Requirement Specifications (BRS).
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on solution design and delivery.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Support procurement, supply chain, and warehouse management process enhancements.

SAP Implementation Responsibilities

• Participate in and contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Configure and support SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Ariba solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process integration.
• Design and execute test scenarios to validate system functionality.
• Support system testing cycles, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.
• Deliver end-user training and support user adoption initiatives.

Stakeholder & Project Support Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet defined business requirements.
• Identify risks, propose solutions, and support successful project outcomes.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) (mandatory).
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Ariba Solutions (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations .
• Deep expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain processes .
• Experience in Warehouse Management (WM) processes and operations.
• Proven experience in system testing and end-user training.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience producing Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and related documentation.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proactive attitude, strong organization skills, and collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory).
