SAP Business One Consultant

Job Summary

As an SAP Business One Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation, support, and optimization of SAP Business One solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide tailored SAP Business One solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Business One functionalities and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of SAP Business One implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-go-live support.
• Conduct detailed analysis of client business processes and requirements.
• Configure and customize SAP Business One to meet client needs.
• Develop and execute data migration plans.
• Conduct user training and create documentation.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Business One systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Apply patches and upgrades as necessary & Ensure data integrity and security.
• Identify opportunities to improve client business processes through SAP Business One.
• Develop and implement system enhancements and customizations.
• Stay current with SAP Business One best practices and new features.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on SAP Business One solutions.
• Conduct regular client reviews and provide recommendations for system improvements.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project plans and timelines.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SAP Business One implementation and support.
• Proficient in SAP Business One configuration and customization.
• Experience with SQL and Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One integration tools and methodologies.
