Position - SAP C4C

College or University degree in Information Systems or related discipline

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP C4C for Automotive Business. At least 2 full cycle implementations integrating C4C with SAP S/4 HANA.

▪ Should have extensive C4C Solution experience in Account Management, Personalization, Real-Time Analytics, lead management, Opportunity Management and Insight, Service Management, Marketing, and Sales Including integration with Sales and Distribution.

▪ Expertise in ABSL, UI Script, UI designer in Cloud Applications Studio (SDK) to develop and deploy complex C4C solutions.

▪ Expertise in performing C4C Administrator tasks.

▪ Knowledge of C4C functional configurations, such as creation of new fields using adaptation, user management, workflow set-up, communication arrangement set-up, web service message monitoring, mash[1]ups development, report creation using custom development etc.

▪ Must have experience in Integration between C4C and On Premise ECC / SAP S/4 HANA using CPI.

▪ Experience in Integration with other SaaS products.

▪ Experience in other C4 products from SAP including Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Customer Data platform, and understanding of S4 HANA, etc., will be an added advantage.

▪ C4C Sales and Service Cloud Certification is a plus
