SAP Cloud Associate Manager

Experience:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and cloud-enabled systems.

• Proven experience in leading ABAP development teams in large-scale SAP transformation programs.

• Strong expertise in SAP BTP cloud extensions, workflows, and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in ABAP for HANA, including CDS views, AMDP, OData services, and RAP (Restful ABAP Programming).

• Strong understanding of SAP BTP services, including Cloud Foundry, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Extension Suite.

• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development and integration is a plus.

• Familiarity with SAP cloud development governance, security standards, and best practices.

Leadership and Management Skills:

• Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, enforce coding standards, and promote a culture of excellence.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.

• Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and designing technical solutions to meet business requirements.

Communication and Collaboration Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.

• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and global teams and ensure seamless project delivery.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• SAP certifications in ABAP for HANA or SAP BTP are a plus.
