SAP CO Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP CO modules including:
• Cost Element Accounting
• Cost Centre Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Product Costing (CO-PC)
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA – Account-based and/or Costing-based)
• Design and maintain cost structures, allocation cycles, assessment and distribution cycles.
• Manage period-end closing activities such as overhead calculation, WIP, variance calculation, settlement, and reconciliation with FI.
• Analyze production and cost variances and support corrective actions.
• Support product costing, standard cost estimates, and cost roll-ups.
• Ensure seamless integration of CO with FI, MM, PP, and SD modules.
• Provide end-user support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for CO-related issues.
• Assist in data validation, master data maintenance, and system enhancements.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards.

Experience: 3 to 6 years
