SAP Consultant

HCLTech is seeking a skilled and experienced Ariba Integration Specialist to join our SAP & Procurement Solutions team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Ariba SCC , Ariba CIG , and SAP MM , with a strong background in vendor onboarding and SAP-Ariba integration . This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes and ensure seamless integration between SAP and Ariba platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute vendor onboarding processes using Ariba SCC .
• Configure and support Ariba CIG for integration with SAP systems.
• Ensure smooth integration of SAP and Ariba , including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with procurement and IT teams to align business requirements with technical solutions.
• Provide support and training to vendors and internal stakeholders on Ariba functionalities.
• Maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and best practices.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to data flow between SAP and Ariba.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in Ariba SCC and Ariba CIG .
• Strong understanding of vendor onboarding workflows in Ariba.
• Proven experience in SAP-Ariba integration , including middleware and data mapping.
• Solid knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) module.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Ariba certification.
• Experience with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, FI) is a plus.
• Familiarity with procurement best practices and compliance standards.
