SAP Coordinator bridges the gap between IT and daily business operations. They manage master data, troubleshoot system issues, and train users across departments. Professionals in this role coordinate cross-functional SAP processes to improve overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- System & Key User Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP-related queries, troubleshoot daily system errors (e.g., COGI errors for backflushing failures), and manage support tickets.
- Master Data & Governance: Maintain and validate accurate master data such as Bill of Materials (BOMs), Routings, equipment records, and Work Center capacities.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in system workflows and adapt SAP processes to meet specific operational requirements.
- Training & Documentation: Develop, update, and maintain work instructions and manuals. Organize training sessions to onboard new employees and improve overall team proficiency.

Typical Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with specific SAP modules (such as PP, MM, HCM, or PM) and strong familiarity with Basic T-Codes.
- Experience: Typically 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in functional design, SAP project support, or data management.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, a high degree of attention to detail, and the ability to bridge communication gaps between technical teams and end-users
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
