Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Coupa Consultant to support and enhance procurement and spend management processes by integrating and optimizing the SAP and Coupa platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in procurement workflows, system integrations, and supplier management.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Strong experience with Coupa (Procure-to-Pay / Source-to-Pay modules)

Hands-on experience with SAP MM / SAP S4HANA Procurement

Expertise in integration between SAP and Coupa (APIs, middleware like CPI/PI/PO)

Knowledge of procurement processes, invoicing, sourcing, supplier onboarding

Experience in data mapping, catalog enablement, and punchout catalogs

Familiarity with EDI, cXML, or integration frameworks

Understanding of financial processes (AP, GL, cost centers)

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support Coupa procurement solutions

Integrate Coupa with SAP systems for seamless Procure-to-Pay processes

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements

Manage supplier onboarding, catalogs, and invoicing workflows

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to procurement and integrations

Support testing (UAT), deployments, and system enhancements

Ensure data accuracy and compliance with procurement policies

Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Vendors) for smooth operations

Provide documentation and user training where required
