THE WORK:
We are seeking an experienced Consultant – SAP CPI Integration to lead and support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative. In this role, you will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of complex integration scenarios across SAP and non-SAP systems, enabling key business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, and HCM domains. You will work closely with technical and business teams to ensure seamless, scalable, and secure data flows.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of end-to-end integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), APIs, and adapters to support core business functions.
Manage a small team of developers/consultants and oversee integration activities from planning through deployment and support.
Collaborate with functional, business, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
Drive resolution of complex integration issues, ensuring data consistency and minimal business disruption.
Ensure integration designs follow SAP best practices, governance standards, and performance optimization techniques.
Oversee and contribute to testing, validation, and deployment processes across the integration landscape.
Maintain comprehensive documentation including iFlow designs, interface specifications, and monitoring guides.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure delivery alignment.
Proactively identify improvement opportunities in middleware architecture and integration strategy.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in SAP integration, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), including iFlow development, adapters, and security configuration.
- Experience with S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and integrating with SAP and non-SAP cloud/on-prem systems.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality integration solutions in complex project environments.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, API management, and middleware best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
