THE WORK:

At Accenture, we deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity. We’re looking for an experienced SAP CPI Team Lead to guide a team as part of a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program, helping our clients unlock value through intelligent integration solutions.

As a Team Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end integration scenarios between SAP S/4HANA, cloud applications, and third-party systems — enabling seamless digital operations across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR domains. You will also mentor and guide team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of SAP CPI developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of integration flows (iFlows) using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to support client business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and offshore teams to translate requirements into scalable integration solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Accenture delivery standards, SAP best practices, and project timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring high availability, data integrity, and performance optimization.
• Drive innovation initiatives within Accenture’s SAP Integration Community of Practice and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
• Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and deployment activities, ensuring seamless go-live transitions.
• Document technical designs, integration specs, and support guides to ensure maintainability and transparency.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and client workshops, while ensuring team alignment with project goals.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), with a strong portfolio of delivered integration scenarios.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality integration solutions.
• Proficient in developing iFlows, working with various adapters (HTTP, SOAP, OData, IDoc, SFTP, etc.), and building REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration patterns with cloud and third-party systems.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and monitoring using SAP CPI tools and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of data formats (XML, JSON, CSV), mapping techniques, and exception handling.
• Familiarity with API Management, Event Mesh, or similar SAP BTP services is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
