Conduct workshops with business users to understand CRM/CMM business processes and gather requirements.

Configure and customize SAP CRM/CMM modules, including partner functions, interaction centers, and Web UI.

Lead end-to-end implementation, data migration, and middleware setup for CRM solutions. Integrate CRM/CMM with SAP S/4HANA modules (SD, MM, FI), SAP BW, and third-party systems. Prepare test scenarios, conduct UAT, and resolve functional issues.

Deliver user training and documentation for CRM/CMM operations.

Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements.
