Job Summary:
The SAP Data Executive will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient data management within the SAP Business One (SAP B1) system. The role involves monitoring SAP usage, ensuring process compliance, generating MIS reports, and maintaining system integrity and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper adoption and usage of SAP B1 across departments in line with defined processes.
• Monitor and verify timely data entry and accuracy in SAP modules.
• Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies or process gaps in SAP data flow.
• Support teams in troubleshooting SAP-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with the IT team for SAP server maintenance, updates, and data backups.
• Train and support team members for efficient SAP utilization.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and consistency of all data within the system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Business One.
• Strong understanding of business processes, data flow, and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analytics.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in MIS reporting and process optimization.
• Basic knowledge of database management or server maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
