Job Duties and Responsibilities

Set up and manage SAP Practice.

Manage all aspects of pre-sales and delivery

Build SAP practice team for pre-sales and delivery

Manage exiting and new client.

Manage full-time and part-time team as well as partners/sub-contractors

Drive effective implementation strategies that are based on valid, customer-specific technology value propositions.

Manage delivery to ensure the overall success of the implementation/project delivery of SAP solutions and business processes.

Work with alliance team and sales team to build relevant alliances, drive GTM (Go to Market) strategy, delivery capabilities and solutions.

Must provide leadership and management for the assigned practice and is expected to develop an effective team that will meet and exceed customer expectations.

Proactively build and grow a team culture that focuses on successful and enduring customer and partner relationships.

Mentor and nurture a team of professionals and create an effective practice team that is capable of solution development, sales enablement, and delivery-market ready solutions.

Work with clients directly.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degrees in accounting, Computer Science, finance or related field.

Minimum of 15 years SAP consulting services
-
Experience of a leading position in SAP service delivery role, providing administrative and customer facing support across several delivery processes

Proven work experience as SAP Application / Operations Manager or similar role

Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

Experience budgeting and forecasting

Excellent communication skills

Leadership ability

Deep understanding of ITIL based Service Delivery Processes and Framework

Experience working in a Managed Service environment

Ability to convey decisions and requirements succinctly and appropriately.
