SAP eWM Consultant

Job Purpose:

Working within the SAP eWM deployment support in Türkiye including customer integration projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients & internal operations to gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Design and configure SAP eWM solutions based on client need within DHL eWM implementation framework
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP eWM system
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide support where needed
• Assist in the integration of SAP eWM with other customers
• Create and maintain documentation of configurations, processes and training
  
  
  

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field
• 10+ years’ experience in logistics (preferably Forwarding and warehousing) or implementation and deployment of large-scale projects
• 5+ years of experience in SAP EWM implementation and support
• Proficiency in EDI standards file transfer protocols (AS2, SFTP, API)
• Advanced level of English and Turkish both in written and verbal
• Strong project management and change management skills to facilitate the migration and roll out of the Countries
• Excellent communicator in culturally diverse settings with strong analytical, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills
• Result oriented mindset with tolerance of ambiguity and ability to prioritize and remain focused on critical deliverables
• Strong facilitation skills to lead meetings and workshops
