SAP FI Business Analyst

Turk Telekom Group, the leading communication technology group in Turkey, provides integrated telecommunication services from PSTN and GSM to broadband internet with group companies have a modern network infrastructure covering the whole country and offer a wide variety of services to residential and commercial customers all over Turkey. We are looking for a SAP Business Analyst for our organization especially experienced in financial processes.

Job Description

• Converting client requirements into business & technical requirement documents,
• Providing algorithms to code developers, capability of testing the developed processes,
• Performing administrative tasks to analyze business processes (AS-IS),
• Designing new processes based on requirements and obtaining confirmation with the business unit in order to fulfill their requirements,
• Clarifing TO-BE processes with the collaboration of business units and manage the automation process.
• Coordination of pre-analysis for requisitions of required custom developments regarding to arrangement with system infrastructure of the company,
• Consulting business in the case of business processes when required.
• Controlling points for testing of the new processes developed for the Project, documenting the test processes and conveying the results of testing to related business units.

Qualifications:

• BSc in business/industrial/ mathematics engineering or MIS, statistics or equivalent,
• Minimum 5 years of experience,
• SAP certification is highly desirable,
• Experienced in working with partners to manage and supervise delivery, provide technical support for ongoing partnership efforts,
• Experienced on service delivery, is service-oriented and understands the importance of service continuity,
• Experienced on preparation of AS – IS processes,
• Involved in testing, user training and other activities,
• Worked at a customer facing role, able to collect requirements and translate them as technical parameters for development,
• Worked as a business analyst or a key user for Finance-Cost Accounting or Supply Chain or Human Resources Management in SAP projects; interested working in financial processes as a business analyst.
• Involved in projects and giving general consultant service in SAP FI – CO/ SRM/ HR, for analyzing user requirements, building prototype, validating and configuring the needed solution,
• Fluency in English both written and spoken,
• SAP certification is highly desirable,
• Ability to stay calm and perform well under pressure and tight deadlines,
• Ability to document work performed clearly and well for future reference and/or departmental/organizational reporting,
• Ability to analyze complex problems and recommend/negotiate solutions. Ability to perform technical risk identification and management strategies,
• Ability of analytical thinking, result oriented,
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community,
• Able to travel when needed
