SAP FICO Analyst

Role Description

As SAP subject matter expert for FI and CO modules, be responsible for project specification, and execution as well as comprehensive supporting in ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

• Definition of SAP specifications in coordination with the finance / controlling team and other stakeholders in SAP roll-out projects.
• Supporting the FI/CO related business processes optimization in the day-to-day business, as well as incident analyses to ensure sustainable solutions.
• Identify business requirements, challenges, issues, and propose solution in FI/CO modules.
• Provide training to local finance and controlling team.
• Collaborate, manage and control the external service providers based on KPIs.
• Contribute to the harmonization of business processes and IT tools.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams from global, regio to implement global IT strategies, policies, and procedures to facilitate business operations and achieve company objectives.

Key requirements

• Strong knowledge of both SAP FI and CO modules and their implementation in ECC. SAP certification is highly preferred. Knowledge and experience at other SAP modules are the advantage.
• Proven working experience as SAP FICO consultant or analyst in the SAP domain. At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation project experience or 3 years SAP service/support experience in FICO area.
• Working experience or project experience in discreate manufacturing industry is required. Working experience in the Middle East countries is highly preferred.
• Proactively customer and solution oriented. Good analytical skills and a talent for communication and coordination.
• Enjoy working in an international environment with matrix structures. Good team player.
• A university degree in finance, business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
