Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling modules. The role includes requirement gathering, solution delivery, integration support, testing, training, and user enablement across key finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset, Bank) and CO (Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Profit Centers, COPA).
• Translate business requirements into SAP solutions and functional specs for RICEFW objects.
• Conduct unit testing, UAT, and month/quarter/year-end close support.
• Integrate FICO with modules like MM, SD, PS, and HR; collaborate with ABAP/technical teams.
• Handle banking integration, API interfaces, and compliance processes (GST, TDS).
• Prepare documentation (BBP, KDS, SOPs, User Manuals) and conduct training sessions.
• Support ongoing system improvements and change requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on FICO experience with at least 1–2 end-to-end implementation.
• Good domain knowledge in Finance, Taxation, Controlling, and Cost Accounting.
• Proficient in S/4HANA FICO, and real-time CO-FI integration.
• Experience with GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, and Asset Management.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAC Dashboards, RICEFW/WRICEF objects, and basic integration with external tools (Tally, Banking APIs).
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance (CA Inter / ICWA / MBA preferred).
