SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, providing end-to-end solutions for financial accounting and management reporting. This role requires expertise in system configuration, integration with other SAP modules, and business process optimization. The consultant will be required to work on-site at the client location and will be responsible for touchpoints across Supply Chain (Warehouse & Inventory), MM, SD, QM ,Service, Asset Management & IT Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend best practices.
• Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, IT Service, QM, Basis, Asset Management, and Supply Chain (Warehouse & Inventory).
• Provide support for GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and workflows.
• Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure system effectiveness.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or a related field.

1 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FICO module functionalities.

Experience with Financial Reporting, Cost Controlling, and Integration with other SAP modules.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

SAP certification in FICO (preferred but not mandatory).
