SAP FI/CONCUR Consultant

SAP Financial Accounting (FI) specialist who manages the integration of SAP systems with Concur for expense and travel management, and also handles procure-to-pay (P2P) processes. Responsibilities include supporting, optimizing, and maintaining financial processes, designing and implementing Concur and P2P solutions, and resolving system incidents. The role involves both technical configuration and business process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy in travel, expense, and P2P operations.

Key responsibilities:

Concur integration: Oversee the seamless integration between SAP and Concur for travel and expense management, and potentially other third-party solutions like Airplus.

Procure-to-Pay (P2P) support: Support end-to-end P2P processes, which may include work with other systems like Ivalua and VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).

System support and maintenance: Provide ongoing support for the SAP S/4HANA or ECC environment, including incident management and system configuration.

Project implementation: Lead or participate in projects for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of T&E and P2P solutions.

Process optimization: Map processes and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business efficiency and financial accuracy related to travel, expense, and P2P cycles.

Change management: Handle change requests and enhancements for Concur and payments, with secondary responsibilities for P2P support based on team needs.

Required skills and knowledge

Strong knowledge of SAP FI module.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.

Proven expertise in Concur integration, including solutions like Mulesoft.

Proficiency in procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and related systems.

Understanding of incident management and system configuration within SAP.

Strong process mapping and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
