We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong exposure in CO modules (Cost Elements, Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, and COPA). The candidate must have hands-on experience in implementing Product Costing in Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing industries, along with expertise in Group Reporting and COPA Margin Analysis Reporting. At least one end-to-end SAP FICO implementation is required. Strong knowledge of FI-PS integration and cross-module functionalities is essential.

Responsibilities include

• Lead and support SAP FICO module implementation, configuration, and support activities.
• Configure and manage Cost Elements, Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, and COPA in line with business requirements.
• Implement and optimize Product Costing processes specifically for Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing industries.
• Drive Group Reporting and COPA Margin Analysis reporting, ensuring accurate profitability and financial insights.
• Ensure seamless integration of FI with Project Systems (FI-PS) and other modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and conduct workshops.
• Support data migration, testing, user training, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and ensure system enhancements align with best practices.
• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement.)
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members

Here's what you'll need

• Minimum 6–8 years (with at least 1 end-to-end SAP FICO implementation)
• Strong hands-on knowledge in CO submodules: Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, Internal Orders, and COPA.
• Proven experience in Product Costing implementation in MTO environments.
• Exposure to Group Reporting and COPA Margin Analysis reporting.
• Strong understanding of FI-PS integration and cross-module touchpoints (MM, SD, PP).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
