Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP Fiori Associate Manager to lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of SAP Fiori applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5, coupled with excellent leadership and project management skills. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

• Lead SAP Fiori projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

Technical Expertise:

• Design, develop, and implement SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, OData services, and SAP Gateway.

• Customize and enhance SAP Fiori applications to meet specific business requirements.

• Ensure seamless integration of SAP Fiori applications with SAP backend systems.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP Fiori developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to deliver successful projects.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals.

• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Quality Assurance and Best Practices:

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Perform testing and debugging of SAP Fiori applications to ensure optimal performance.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP Fiori applications and related processes.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 technologies and trends.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.

• Drive the adoption of SAP Fiori best practices across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in SAP Fiori development and implementation.
• Strong expertise in SAPUI5, OData services, SAP Gateway, and related technologies.
• Proven experience in managing SAP Fiori projects and leading development teams.

• SAP Fiori certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
