SAP Functional lead- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)-Senior Manager

As an SAP Functional Lead – Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) – Senior Manager at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing organizational processes, designing systems, and driving the successful implementation of SAP EAM solutions. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define future-state business solutions that align with organizational goals. As a subject matter expert, you will lead cross-functional teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges. Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is essential, with recommended expertise in Business Process Design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP EAM solutions to meet business objectives and enhance asset management processes.

• Act as a subject matter expert in SAP EAM, providing guidance and innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.

• Analyze the organization’s business model and processes, ensuring seamless integration with SAP EAM technology.

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and validate proposed solutions.

• Develop detailed documentation that outlines business processes, system requirements, and solution designs.

• Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation in asset management.

• Create visual representations of processes to enhance understanding, communication, and alignment across teams.

• Support the implementation of SAP EAM solutions by coordinating with technical teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to challenges that apply across various teams.

• Continuously assess and refine business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of [15 years] of experience in SAP EAM implementation, functional consulting, or business process design.

• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools.

• Strong understanding of Business Process Design and its role in delivering business value.
