SAP GRC Consultant

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA GRC Consultant with strong expertise in GRC Access Control (AC), Risk Management (RM), Audit Management (AM), and Process Control (PC) . The role involves design, implementation, and support of SAP GRC solutions integrated with S/4HANA , ensuring compliance, segregation of duties (SoD), and risk mitigation across enterprise systems.
• Support and configure SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, EAM/Firefighter, ARM, UAM)
• Perform SoD analysis , risk mitigation, and role compliance for S/4HANA
• Manage Firefighter IDs , log review, and access workflows
• Support Risk Management, Process Control, and Audit Management activities
• Handle user access provisioning, role changes, and GRC workflows
• Integrate GRC with S/4HANA / ECC systems
• Provide L2/L3 AMS support , incident resolution, and audit support
• Prepare compliance reports and functional documentation
• Skills required SAP GRC AC, RM, PC, AM
• S/4HANA security and authorization concepts
• SoD ruleset maintenance and risk analysis
• Audit and compliance support (SOX / internal audit)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• SAP IDM / IAS / IAG exposure
• S/4HANA upgrade or conversion experience
