- Experience with S4HANA SAP Group Reporting version 1909 or later
- Minimum 8 years of total SAP Finance experience and must have handled at least 1 SAP Implementation in Financial Accounting Consolidation area. Overall experience in designing, developing and deploying solutions in SAP Consolidation / Group Reporting (S4H 2109) areas.
- Application support / enhancement / implementation or hands on experience in SAP Consolidation from Accounting to Reporting including the newer S4H 2109 solution of Group Reporting.
- Chartered Accountant or Intermediate CA or Masters Degree (in Business / Finance / Marketing area)
- Rich Experience in Consolidation
- Candidate will be expected to perform developments / enhancements and provide support in SAP Consolidation / Group Reporting covering following regular aspects:
- Understand business requirements from Tickets assigned (Tool: CRM UHD)
- Perform detailed analysis and checks to acquaint good understanding about the process, where necessary carry out analysis of existing processes
- Do not show over dependence on existing document or expect any form of spoon feeding of information from customer / KT will be extremely less or limited
- Initiate discussions with users / business as necessary to raise relevant questions
- Propose Solution in the ticket. Discuss with IT or Users team as necessary.
- Carry out configurations in Consolidation area
- Perform testing first internally and then support user for testing
- Deployment in line with processes set by client
- Must have good experience in writing documentation with regards to Functional Specification, BPML, User Training Manuals
- Preference to candidates with experience in Telecom or Banking / Financial Services industry
- Analytical thinker having good creativity and problem-solving skills
- Experience in leading the Functional discussions along with key users
- Highly developed interpersonal, Very good communication skill to interact with Business teams to gather business requirements
- Experience to work in an onsite / offshore model / Good team player
- Experience in an Agile environment will be preferred
- Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Good to Have: SAP S4H 1709 (or latest) SD or FI Certification, Knowledge of JIRA
